HOW SHOULD WE DRESS?

If you dress in layers for the wettest day of the year you'll be prepared for anything.

WHAT DO I DO FOR MOTION SICKNESS?

If you think you may experience motion sickness, try Transderm-V patches, dual action 12 hour gravol or ginger pills. Before using any of these, please seek the advice of your doctor first.

DO I NEED A FISHING LICENSE?

Yes. You must have a saltwater (tidal) fishing license which enables you to catch halibut, groundfish and crabs. You will need an additional salmon tag if you plan to catch salmon. With proper ID, you can obtain one from any of the local sporting goods stores or at the dock. Children under 16 accompanied by an adult fish for free but still need to get a license and purchase a salmon tag.

SHOULD I BRING COOLERS?

You'll need them to take home your catch. If you need additional coolers, they are available at the dock or the local sporting goods stores.

WHAT ABOUT LUNCH?

You bring your own lunch and beverages. There are supermarkets and other places such as Subway that you can buy a lunch to bring on board. Please don't bring sunflower seeds as they clog the drains.

IS THERE A TOILET ON BOARD?

Yes.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO COME?

Yes, children are welcome.

DO YOU SUPPLY LIFE JACKETS?

Yes, all our life jackets are Transport Canada Approved. If you need a lifejacket for a child, please request it ahead to get the proper size or bring your own.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY GEAR OR FISHING RODS?

No, everything is supplied on the boat.

DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?

Yes, $200 per day is required at the time of booking. You can mail a cheque, money order or bank draft to the address on the contact page.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your deposit is fully refundable with 2 or more weeks notice before the booked charter date.
